- • Has you agent taken the time to discuss their claims process should you ever need to use your insurance? After all, this IS what you are paying for, right?
- • Does your agent provide you updated statistics and reviews of the carriers who you pay to protect you? Carriers are subject to in-depth analysis each year by regulatory law- you deserve to be updated as to their competence in protecting you.
- • Is your agent providing you information and resources to educate you on how to be better protected; how to mitigate your risk; and perhaps how to save you money on your premiums?
- • Are you being provided periodic risk reports; and at least annual meetings with your agency to better understand your risk profile and to update your situation?
